Gr86 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the gr86 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the gr86 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gr86 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform. gr86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply only to users accessing the gr86 platform from within Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from outside Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with their local laws. gr86 makes no representation that the content or services offered are suitable or available outside of Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
To make full use of gr86's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Attempting to register multiple accounts to abuse promotions, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. gr86 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should contact the gr86 support team immediately.
Gr86 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
Registration on the gr86 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. gr86 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage use and will close any account found to be in violation of this condition.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a gr86 platform user, you agree to use our services in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. You are prohibited from using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the distribution of unlawful content.
The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access, scrape, or manipulate the gr86 platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, breach security systems, or disrupt platform operations will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or grant access to their account to any third party. gr86 accounts are personal and non-transferable. gr86 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account without prior notice where there is evidence of misuse.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that all information provided to gr86 is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all funds in the account being frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gr86 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). gr86 supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, FPX, and selected e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change based on service availability and compliance requirements.
Deposits to your gr86 account are typically credited instantly once the transaction is confirmed. However, gr86 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal of funds is subject to a verification process that may take several business days to complete. gr86 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.
Gr86 does not impose any hidden fees on standard transactions. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond gr86's control. Users are advised to review their payment provider's terms before proceeding with any transaction.
Liability Limits, Account Closure & Intellectual Property
Gr86 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gr86 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
Gr86 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe these terms have been violated. In the event of account closure due to a terms breach, gr86 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation. If no violation is confirmed, funds will be returned to the user via an appropriate method.
All content on the gr86 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of gr86 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gr86.
The gr86 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. gr86 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Gr86 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. The effective date of the updated terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the gr86 platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to discontinue use and close your account by contacting the gr86 support team at [email protected].
